Spaghetti with Oil and Garlic.. mm. Very quick and easy, as well as delicious.
Olive Oil (I use enough to cover the bottom and then some of the pan I’m using, about 1/3 cup I’d say)
1-2 cloves of minced Garlic
Crushed Red Peppers (Not sure how much I use, but I like it spicy. Just throw in however much you think you want)
Herbs (optional): Basil and Oregano are my top choices
Boil up some spaghetti, and when it is almost done, or when it’s draining, heat up your oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until it’s starting to change color (be careful so it doesn’t turn brown and bitter), then add the red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and herbs if you are using them. Stir, then pour over the spaghetti once it has been put on a plate, and stir again. Add some parmesan or greated Romano cheese.
